Her private training programs are based on cutting edge, pain free training methodologies and are personally overseen with acute attention.

group fitness classes

Group fitness classes are a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down. These small group classes that are personally overseen by jane include kettlebells and high intensity training.

Kettlebell training involves full body exercises. With consistent kettlebell training, you’ll feel a difference in every muscle from head to toe.

yoga

Jane began studying yoga in 2002 and decided to further deepen and dedicate her practice by completing her teacher training certification in Spring of 2011.

Her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology enables her to custom design maximally effective programs that facilitate health and functional strength while maintaining the balance, inspiration and gratitude inherent in yoga. Yoga is seamlessly integrated within classes and private training to provide for increased flexibility, focus, and rejuvenation.
